The Wifi is reliable in the co-working space, cafe, and apartment. The apartments have speeds between 100-160Mbs.
We are conveniently located near many cafes with strong Wifi, and we also highly recommend getting a local phone chip with 5G for backup.

A visitor is any person who has not registered at the time of check-in as a traveler with Digital Nomad Trips. Visitors have an additional cost of COP 40.000/day, payable directly to the hotel. A maximum of 2 visitors per Suite is allowed by order of the hotel.
If you have a minor as a guest, you must show their birth certificate to prove you are their parent.
If you do not have documentation that you are their parent, you must present: Original notarized permission signed by both parents, indicating the following:
- Dates of stay.
- Name of the minor's parents with identification number.
- Name of the minor with identification number.
- Name of the person they authorize to stay with the minor with identification number.
- Copy of the minor's birth certificate and identity documents of the above mentioned persons.
All foreign guests must present birth certificates and notarized permission in Spanish or translated into English, if not presented in either of these two languages will not be allowed entry of the minor.
